Janus Analytics won the award for “Best Use Case of AI for Customer Experience Excellence Through Predictive Analytics” and “Best Use Case of AI for Operational Efficiency & Performance” at the 2017 Artificial Intelligence For Enterprise awards in Melbourne.
On the back of major project with HESTA, algorithms developed and implemented by Janus won the awards for best use case of AI for operational efficiency and customer experience. These algorithms were able to classify members into a segment, predict customer churn, and identify members who could be serviced more.
Additionally, these awards recognised the difficulty in implementing a segmentation model based on psychographics. Psychographic segmentation allows marketers to tailor messages based on a persons attitudes and feelings rather than their demographics and postcode.
